Seeds & Weeds
Everyone loves a good story and Jesus was one of the greatest story-tellers of all time. Jesus had a radical, life-shaping, life-changing message that accompanied an equally radical ministry and life. He spoke of a God’s new work among His people and he used stories so that the people would have the best opportunity to hear and listen and accept this greatest of all messages–that God’s New Work was present and happening right in their very midst. This week Grant’s message from Jesus’ parables is entilted: “Seeds & Weeds” Even as Christians, we wonder about God’s Kingdom and why it seems so hard to see and feel. Jesus’ disciples had some questions as well and Jesus gave them the answers in Matthew 13.
